If you’ve been playing along at home, the headline above is probably not shocking.
No, America did not become a communist country in three weeks.
No, we havent abandoned the rule of law, despite failing to prosecute the FBI for spying on Americans, Congress for trying to remove a duly-elected president (twice), ANTIFA/BLM for burning our cities or the corrupt media for lying to the public.
You’ve likely noticed they no longer try to mask their collusion. Talking points on major news outlets blend perfectly across networks, seamlessly coordinated by establishment politicians in BOTH PARTIES.
Why? Because the party is over. They know what is coming. They know they can no longer hide it from the American people They know that decades of broken laws and broken promises are coming to a screeching halt.
Remember, every Government official and every member of the Military is sworn to the same oath: “Preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God.” That oath is honored above all else. The brilliance of the founders is as relevant now as it was 242 years ago.
It's more straightforward than one would think:
Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution:
"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Election Fraud would be a serious felony under normal circumstances, but when foreign enemies are involved, it is an act of treason.
Legal Definition of treason: the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one's country or of assisting its enemies in war specifically : the act of levying war against the United States or adhering to or giving aid and comfort to its enemies by one who owes it allegiance.
Nancy Pelosi and dozens of others are no longer members of Congress, thanks to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. They are now considered enemies of the Republic who have aided foreign powers to alter our elections. Others are complicit for knowingly certifying an illegal election. Even members of the media will be indicted for knowingly promoting false and manipulated information in support of treasonous efforts.
When you have committed an act of treason, you forfeit your rights as an American.
President Trump tried every legal avenue to solve this crisis against the Constitution.
History will show that all others failed to address this Act of Treason. Trump tried to resolve it peacefully. His last and only recourse was to use the Military. It is the only Constitutionally sanctioned option when all else has failed. This clause was specifically written to prevent enemies, both foreign and domestic, from infiltrating the government and turning it against the people.
These people have broken their oaths and committed acts of treason and insurrection. The definitions are clearly defined in the Constitution.
President Trump is legally bound to act on this because of his oath to the Constitution, to protect our Republic from enemies both foreign and domestic.
The crimes on their indictments will read: treason, sedition and crimes against humanity. The world will learn that they launched a virus to steal an election. The world will learn that establishment media and big tech colluded to manipulate news in the largest information warfare campaign since World War II. One based on lies, fear and suppression.
They've sealed their fate.
