As with most topics, I frankly don't care about anyone's "opinions." This site is about truth and truth alone. Feelings have no place in truth.
The TRUTH - is that Vaccine Passports are illegal and Unconstitutional.
The TRUTH. - is that just like last year, when the Mainstream Media told you that the President and/or the CDC could "Quarantine the Country", they can't mandate passports. It violates the 4th and 14th amendments, just to name a few. It violates HIPPA regulations - it's not legal.
The TRUTH - is that most Americans have forgotten, ignored or simply never been taught the basics of the United States Constitution - the single most important governing document in World History. As of the writing of this, it has not yet been burned or torn up people.
The TRUTH - is that the 10th Amendment very clearly states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The fact of the matter is quite simple. The founding fathers were escaping totalitarian governments. They designed the entire structure of the country around checks and balances, to ensure that WE THE PEOPLE had final say on our freedoms. A major part of this structure was the delegation of most powers to the STATES and not to the centralized power government in DC. The Federalist structure was designed to ensure that those closest to the People (mayors, governors, state assemblymen, etc) are the ones making decisions on potentially invasive and illegal overreaches like Vaccine Passports.
In Florida, We The People have spoken. The Government OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, listened and acted.
THIS, my friends, highlights how Government is supposed to work in America.
This also highlights just how broken most other states are.
